Art. 1

Purpose and Definitions

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Bluebird and its customers in connection with golf and leisure travel packages, hotel bookings and destination management services (the "Services").

Key Terms

  • "Company" refers to Bluebird and its Korean market partner, Bluebird Korea.
  • "Customer" or "Traveler" refers to any individual or entity using the Company's Services or booking a travel package.
  • "Travel Package" refers to golf tours, hotel stays, transportation and related services organised or arranged by the Company.
  • "Local Partner" refers to third-party service providers at the destination, including hotels, golf courses and transport operators, with whom the Company works.
Art. 2

Posting and Amendment of Terms

The Company will make these Terms readily available on its website. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, and will state the effective date and reason for any amendment, giving notice at least 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for changes unfavourable to customers).

Amended Terms apply only to contracts formed after the amendment; contracts already formed remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of booking, unless the customer requests otherwise.

Art. 3

Provision of Service and Booking Process

Customers may request a quote or booking by email, phone, an online enquiry form, or any other method the Company designates. When requesting a booking, customers must provide accurate travel dates, group size, destination preferences (Turkey, Morocco, Malta, Spain, Portugal, etc.) and any required personal information.

Services Provided by the Company

  • Information and quotations for travel packages and golf itineraries
  • Booking and contracting with hotels, golf courses, transport providers and other local partners
  • Issuing itineraries and vouchers once a booking is confirmed
  • Any other ancillary services the Company designates
Art. 4

Formation of Contract

A travel contract is formed once the customer submits a booking request and the Company accepts it in writing (including by email) or via a booking confirmation. If a deposit or full payment is not received by the stated deadline, the Company may hold or cancel the booking.

The Company may decline to accept a booking in the following cases:

  1. The booking request contains false or incomplete information
  2. The requested dates or services are unavailable due to capacity at the destination
  3. The Company cannot verify proper authorisation for the payment method used
Art. 5

Pricing and Payment

Travel prices are as stated in the quotation or booking confirmation, payable by bank transfer, credit card, or any other method the Company specifies. The Company does not add extra fees on top of the agreed price for choice of payment method.

If third-party suppliers — airlines, golf courses, hotels — raise their prices, the Company may request a corresponding price adjustment, after notifying the customer in advance.

Art. 6

Cancellation and Refunds

Given the nature of travel packages, cancellations and refunds are governed primarily by Korea's Standard Terms for Overseas Travel and applicable consumer dispute resolution standards, except where the Company has specified different cancellation terms for a particular package, which will take precedence.

Cancellation Policy

  • 90 days or more before departure: the booking may generally be cancelled, subject to the deposit and any non-refundable amounts already committed to local partners (golf courses, hotels).
  • Within 90 days of departure: the booking is treated as a no-show and is generally non-refundable, reflecting the advance commitments the Company has made with hotels and golf courses on the customer's behalf.
Note: This 90-day threshold may vary by package. Some local partner products — green fees, peak-season hotel rooms — carry their own cancellation policies, which may override the schedule above. Exact cancellation terms are stated on the booking confirmation.

Where a trip is cancelled due to the Company's fault, the Company will promptly refund any amount already paid.

Art. 7

Itinerary Changes and Service Interruption

Where itinerary changes become necessary due to local conditions, weather, golf course maintenance schedules or similar unavoidable circumstances, the Company will notify customers in advance where possible and propose an alternative itinerary or service.

Online services may be temporarily interrupted due to system maintenance or technical failure; the Company will announce any such interruption without delay.

Art. 8

Traveler Obligations

Customers must not:

  1. Provide false information when submitting a booking request
  2. Use another person's identity or payment information without authorisation
  3. Obstruct the Company's or a local partner's operations or damage their reputation
  4. Fail to secure the passport, visa or other documents required for entry to the destination

Customers are responsible for confirming their own passport validity, visa requirements and the entry regulations of their destination country in advance.

Art. 9

Company Obligations and Limitation of Liability

The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide the Services in accordance with applicable law and these Terms, and will take reasonable security measures to protect customer personal information.

Except where caused by the Company's intentional act or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for loss arising from:

  • Force majeure events — natural disasters, war, epidemics, terrorism
  • Delays or changes caused by third parties such as airlines, golf courses or hotels
  • The customer's own intentional act or negligence
  • Incidents arising from health or physical conditions the customer did not disclose in advance
Art. 10

Travel Insurance

The Company recommends that customers obtain overseas travel insurance and can provide guidance on request. The final decision on whether to purchase insurance, and its scope of coverage, remains the customer's responsibility.

Art. 11

Force Majeure

Where the Company is unable to provide, or must delay, a Service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control — natural disasters, war, government action, flight cancellations, epidemics — the Company is not liable for that delay or failure, and will work with the customer to arrange a revised itinerary, alternative service or refund as appropriate.

Art. 12

Intellectual Property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in content, logos and itineraries created by the Company belong to the Company. Customers may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit this material without the Company's prior written consent.

Art. 13

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Disputes between the Company and a customer will first be addressed through good-faith discussion, and may be referred to a relevant consumer dispute mediation body where necessary.

These Terms and any contract between the Company and a customer are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any related litigation is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the Company's place of business.
