Price Guarantee

We aim to give you strong value for money at the time of booking. Prices for golf and leisure travel shift constantly, driven by course availability, seasonal demand and supplier pricing. We cannot promise that a price will never move after you book — but we can promise that if you find a genuinely lower price for an identical package within 24 business hours of booking with us, we will look into it seriously and respond fairly.

This is a real commitment, not a marketing line. The conditions below exist so that any comparison is fair and like-for-like — comparing a package that includes green fees and transfers with one that doesn't, or comparing prices in different currencies, isn't a meaningful comparison.

Our Price Guarantee applies only where all of the following are true:

Where your claim meets every condition above, Bluebird Korea will:

• Match the lower price, or
• Offer an appropriate refund or price adjustment at our discretion

We aim to respond to every Price Guarantee claim within two business days of receiving the information we need. We may reach out for further detail before making a final decision.

Our Price Guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

Golf holiday prices change constantly due to course availability, seasonal demand and supplier decisions. A price that's lower than ours today may be higher tomorrow, or may no longer be available at all. We recommend booking as soon as you find a price and itinerary that works for you, rather than waiting for prices to fall.
